The Rainbow Room is rented on a first-come, first-served basis. The rental includes security, an ipod-ready sound system, all of the tables and chairs as well as a kitchen with a refrigerator and warmer. The room is rented by the hour, with a four hour minimum. The rental fee is $550 for four hours plus $100 per each additional hour. The Rainbow Room considers every detail important. Our experienced and creative event staff will work with you to create an unforgettable experience. You’re welcome to bring in your own caterer, DJ, and other vendors or we can arrange everything for you (see Event Planning)! If you plan to do your own party preparations, remember to include time for your setup, decorating and cleanup within your rental hours.
If you’d like to do it yourself and just want to rent the room, we’ll be happy to accommodate you. We provide the following services to make your event as stress-free as possible.
- Set-Up: We place all tables and chairs in the room as you request; clean and stock bathrooms.
- Clean-Up: You take home what you want to keep; throw everything else in the trash and recycle bins. We clean and vacuum, clean the kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
- On-Site Representative: Throughout your event, our on-site representative will be there to provide security and answer any questions you may have.
- Linens (Optional): Order your linens through us and they will be on the tables when you arrive, saving you time and effort.
