Reserving the Rainbow Room
Reserving the Rainbow Room is as easy as
1-2-3
- Complete the online rental request form or call the Rainbow Room at
910-486-4466.
- Read and sign the contract and send it back to us along with a $200 down-payment.
- Two weeks before your event send us the rest of the contract amount along with the damage deposit and confirm any details.
That's all there is to it!
We'll meet you at the Rainbow Room to open the room and turn on the lights. It will be all set up for your event.

Parking
Free parking is available for two hours on downtown streets as well as in the PWC parking lot off Donaldson Street and in the Library parking lot off Burgess Street.
On weekends and after 5:00 on weekdays, free parking is available with no time limit.
Valet parking is available upon request. Contact us about any other specific parking needs.
