At the Rainbow Room you may plan your own event or use our party planning services. For party planning and upgrade services there is an 18% coordinator’s fee on your total for all hired services, such as catering, DJ, bar tending, cake, and much more!
A wide variety of linens may be rented through us; Basic white cotton is $8 each and Polyester color linens start at $12 each. We can also provide specialty linens, chair covers and ties, napkins, flowers as well as room and table decorations. If you rent these items through the Rainbow Room, they will be in place when you arrive for your event. Ask for our Upgrades Packet for more information and pricing.
